USPS Priority (1-3 Days)

International Shipments: Average shipping to Australia and abroad is 10 days from our US base via UPS, DHL, Fed Ex. We recommend FedEx.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s world. Tracking info will be sent when available.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Step 1: Contact Us

  • If an address is undeliverable, we will get return mail. We need to know if you’re returning for a refund OR if the carrier failed to deliver.

Didn’t work out? All good. Here’s how it goes:

  • You pack it back up

  • You ship it back

  • Our crew handles the rest

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

*Please provide a good old fashioned excuse to entertain us during the process..

Return shipping is on you unless we messed something up.
