We want to get your order right the first time. If your package is delayed, backordered, or held up for any reason that falls on us, we’ll make it right. No questions asked.

That means we’ll automatically add free UGLYS gear to your package as a thank-you for your patience and as compensation for the inconvenience.

It’s simple: that’s how we’d want to be treated, so that’s how we treat our customers. 🤝

USPS Priority (1-3 Days)

International: UPS, DHL, Fed Ex. Need a quote on price/time enroute? Process a mock order for carrier generated rates. Then follow up with us if you need any additional information. 


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s world. Tracking info will be sent when available.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Didn’t work out? All good. Here’s how it goes:

  • You pack it back up

  • You ship it back

  • Our crew handles the rest

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

*Please provide a good old fashioned excuse to entertain us during the process..

Return shipping is on you unless we messed something up.
